Buy our new book! - Who Cares By Glenda Allan

Book-Cover2.jpgIt's easy to go through life preoccupied with our own survival and pleasures. Even lovers of Jesus forget the cry of God's heart to recover and restore the multitudes in this world that don't know him and haven't experienced the joy and healing that comes from knowing him.

"When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless..." (Matthew 9:36)

When we enter into relationship with Jesus, we learn to care about who and what he cares about. And then we take action.

We're Not Our Own - By Glenda Allan

Book-Cover2.jpgA newborn baby is found in a cardboard box, dehydrated from the sun. The social worker brings her to the Ark Children's Home in Riobamba, Ecuador. The home is full, overflowing with children, and funds are low. How can one more baby be cared for?

What does it mean to you to be radically committed to following God? The Allan family left their normal, happy Canadian life in 1996 and went to Ecuador to found an orphanage that has been a home for hundreds of homeless children. In this book, Glenda Allan tells why, and what the commitment has meant for her family.

God has given each of us a life to live. He knows we belong to him; he created us. But at birth we embark on a journey to discover that for ourselves. This is the story of one such adventure.

The book is a donation of $12.95, and postage rates are $9 to England, $6 to the US, and $3 Canada.
